The Sapon online store (www.sapon.gr) offers the following ways to send your order.

SHIPPING INTO GREECE

Send to courier designated address
Your order will be shipped to any address you wish. In this case, you will be notified by SMS in the morning of the day your parcel is received.

• Shipment to a branch of GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI

If you would like your parcel to remain in the courier branch, please note that the maximum stay of a parcel is 5 business days or 7 calendar days.

You can receive your order at any branch of the GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI network. In this case, you will be notified by SMS if your parcel is ready to be picked up at the branch you have selected.

If the products you have ordered are not available you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.You should notify us by e-mail that you are aware and wish to have your order active or not.

The products are shipped within 1-5 business days, after your order is completed, depending on their availability.

Shipments for Greece are shipped exclusively via courier GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI to the shipping address you have stated or through a shipping company.

CHANGES 

It is possible to change your order if it has not been shipped.Cosmetic products are not returned when the package is opened.

SHIPPING ABROAD

Your order will be shipped to any address you wish within the European Union with TNT GREECE. Delivery 1-3 days. Shipping starts from 12 € based on weight and country zone. Before the payment put your address and the cost will appear.
